Excerpt:	One shudders to think of the enormity of personal tragedy, loss and grief to follow the disasters of this morning. Panic and mayhem will taper off. A semblance of order will be restored, and New Yorkers will adapt to new traffic and work patterns, travel patterns, and logistics. This is what New Yorkers always do. It is often a hectic city, change is more often a constant than not.
