Excerpt:	Just before nine o'clock on the morning of September 11, 2001, I sat on the deck at the back of our house having coffee and conversation with my four-year old daughter Ava. Ava had just said, "We live in a beautiful world, don't we, dad?", when my wife Martha opened the door to the deck and said, "Adrian, I hate to disturb you but we're under a terrorist attack"!
