Annotation: This site features over 2000 compelling first-person narratives of the crisis, many from young people. These personal stories come from across the United States and a few foreign countries. To encourage contributions, it includes a downloadable information flyer that the creators ask to be posted at schools, as well as work places.
Excerpt: This site exists to gather the thoughts and emotions of everyday people to the events on and after September 11, 2001. If you've lost somebody, were involved in the rescue, viewed it happening, or were of the many hoping, praying, and crying back home glued in front of your tv set, frantically trying to call yours, tell us your story...These are the World's hearts and thoughts.
