I was at work at UCL and my mom phoned me telling me a plane crashed into WTC. I laughted, replying that it would have brought donw the tower, so it would have been impossible for such a Nation to let it happen. I had no TV at home so I stayed at work. And I notice an unreal silence in the city. Everyone was suffering.
When I rethink at it, after gathering a lot of information, I have so much doubts. Because I realize the truth is so different from the one we was fed with.
Still, what never changed is my opinion on people in the towers, US people, NYFD and any citizen envolved. No news ever changed anything on my being proud for their behavious.
The planes struck me, you, every free citizen of this world. And we responded in a so magnificent way.
The truth will finally come to use. We deserved it and we will have it.
I bet nobody planned that it would have collected together all the humanity against any evil power who directed this violence against us. We didn't divide, we united.
