For me, this is where my emotions kick in and I realize that Bruce Willis has nothing to do with this production. I don't know how bad this is going to be for you personally. There have been so many blessings, though. -HP [anonymous] being out of town, PZIO [anonymous] running late... I have heard about one NYC hasher working at the WTC who called in sick, another who was out of town, and yet another who was able to get out. Closer to home, - DB [anonymous] of the DCH3 is United Pilot. Yesterday morning, he flew to Boston to start his trip to San Francisco. For whatever reason, his flying bomb was not targeted. His wife Brenda is an American Airlines flight attendant. She tried to trip-trade for flight #11, the first plane to hit the WTC, but was unsuccessful in her bid. My ex-wife is also an American flight attendant. Her normal route is flight #77 from IAH to LAX. For whatever reason, she wasn't flying that route this month. She knew the pilots and crew, and I wouldn't be surprised if I knew some of them. I know our luck won't be so universal, and my heart goes out to any of you who lost someone. -H [anonymous]
