In IE (Win), select View -> Encoding -> Cyrillic (Windows) In IE (Mac), select View -> Character Set -> Cyrillic (Windows) In Netscape 6.2 (Mac and Win), select View -> Character Coding -> Auto-Detect -> Russian In Mac OS 9, you might need to install the Cyrillic Language Kit from your OS 9 installation cd (go to Software Installers -> Language Kits).
